Kids Revolving Yoga offers your troop an opportunity to set a strong foundation through which youths are encouraged to grow into confident, clear-thinking, responsible individuals. All programs are customized to meet your troop’s needs. Wellness and self-growth tools, breathing and meditation techniques, yoga postures, balancing flow and guided relaxation imagery are combined with music, themes and a serious amount of fun as the participants move freely, breathe deeply and smile peacefully!

 

 

Junior Takeaways

Participants will explore yoga-inspired movement with music, themes, and a playful shopping mall sensory adventure! Together, they’ll create poses and sequences that build self-esteem while learning key principles of breathing, balance, motion, fine motor control, and sequencing skills. The class includes individual, partner, and group poses, along with relaxation techniques and guided visualizations to support focus and wellbeing.

Time to make flow fun! This creative class blends rhythmic movement, poses for resilience, and a playful shopping mall sensory adventure to spark imagination and strengthen body awareness. Participants will explore both moving and still sequences, learning simple breathing and relaxation tools to improve focus, stay calm, and build confidence. The class includes individual, partner, and group poses, plus guided visualizations designed to inspire wellbeing.

his teen session helps participants tune out the media blitz and peer pressure by tapping into their core strength and discovering that self-power truly rocks! Creative and vinyasa elements are set to music teens love as they explore individual, partner, and group rhythmic movement. The upbeat instruction provides tools that reach beyond the mat, with emphasis on body conditioning, focus training, stress management, and relaxation techniques.


Each Level Includes:
    •    Stress triggers and recommended wellness tools: school, media, responsibilities, relationships, etc. ***Level appropriate discussion
    •    Awareness breathing exercises “For breath is life, and if you breathe well you will live long on earth.”
    •    Yoga body awareness program – individual, partner & group poses 
    •    Three guided visualization exercises
