Not all workshops are designed to earn badges. Please check each workshop description to see if it is badge-earning and whether your Girl Scout qualifies. The “SEME Skills” workshop is not a badge-earning event—it is designed to help girls develop skills that can create money-making opportunities for their troop.
Girls may not be able to attend every workshop, but each participant will have the chance to register for two badge-earning sessions.
All registered attendees will receive a custom event patch at check-in, and those participating in badge workshops will be awarded their badges at the conclusion of the sessions.
Individuals and Juliettes can register individually but cannot request to be placed together with other troops or individuals. Troops must register as a troop to sign up together.
All adults must be registered Girl Scout members, live scanned, and trained (including Mandated Reporter).
Troop leaders are responsible for ensuring overnight and ratio requirements are met.
Each troop may bring up to two chaperones, usually reserved for the leaders in the troop. Any additional chaperones must be registered and serve as volunteers.
Male chaperones will have separate sleeping quarters.
Adults must follow GSUSA adult/youth ratio guidelines.
Yes! We greatly appreciate adult volunteers. Registered chaperones/additional adults outside of the 2 registered troop leaders/chaperones will be required to volunteer a shift. Shifts will be assigned to the volunteer as needed. Volunteers will not receive their after hour meal tickets or event credential for after hours access until after completing their volunteer shift. Volunteers who do not attend their shifts will be denied entry for after hour events.
You’ll immediately receive an email with a link to the Behavior Expectations Agreement (check your Spam/Junk folder). This form must be completed for each participant and turned back in before you’ll get access to workshop sign-ups.
You will also receive a QR code for each of your tickets. Is is important to print out your QR code and bring to the event to check in. Customers without a printed QR code will not be allowed to enter the event. The venue has limited cell coverage, so ensure QR codes are saved ahead of time and readily accessible.
This is a rain-or-shine, no-refund, money-earning event. Late arrivals, missed workshops, or no-shows will not be refunded.
